A special fundraising concert for St George's Crypt

The Phoenix Concert Band brings their usual fiery mix of film music, shows and popular classics, plus one or two special pieces you may not have heard before. The programme includes:

• The Lion King

• Wicked

• John Williams Symphonic Marches (Indiana Jones, Star Wars, Olympic March)

• West Side Story

• Libertadores (with body percussion!)

• Plus music from popular American composer Eric Whitacre and our very own Keiron Anderson.

As ever, the band will perform baking miracles and bring an array of cakes and goodies for the interval. All we ask is that you bring your best listening ears and some pennies to stick in the St George's Crypt collection buckets during the evening. Whooping is encouraged but entirely optional.

All profit from ticket sales, refreshments plus all raffle proceeds will go to St George's Crypt who work with the homeless, vulnerable and those suffering addiction. Funds raised will go towards the purchase of a much-needed new van.
